Tuscan Winery Day Tours
Tuscany boasts many of the world's finest and most beautiful wineries, many of which are open to the public. Some rent a car and drive out into the country, hoping to find the vintner at home. It is quite another experience to arrive expected, explore the winery with the vintner and a guide who knows wines and  Italian, enjoy a wine tasting, and visit other local points of interest along the way. Grape Adventures Specialty Tours
GA offers customized programs specifically designed for your group. We can prepare a custom wine and/or wine and cuisine tour to the areas of Chianti, the Veneto, the famous lake district in northern Italy and, of course, the Piedmont.  These areas are known for both their wonderful wines and foods. The tours are offered from May through June and then from mid September to late Fall when we can experience the truffle season as well as our tour which includes the Slow Food Festival held in Torino every 2 years. Our first tour this Spring takes place in early May, and will be an unforgettable experience of the Maremma and the world famous wine area of Bolgheri.
